Good for Lou. The cool thing is that he was nominated by someone in Hazelton government, so they must think highly of his work. On top of that, the committee agreed unanimously.
Congrats!
wow he cut the police force, crime went up so he scapegoated the new residents he encouraged to move in. businesses closed, more store fronts are vacant, he will plunge his city 2 million dollars in debt to cover the legal fees of the plaintiffs, which of course will increase each time he losses an appeal..this is the best, no wonder our representatives in Harrisburg think they can get away with screwing us time and time again… thank god he is not mayor of my city.
What does being the mayor of a NEPA city have to do with the conduct of the State Reps in Harrisburg?
Barletta stood up when others folded. May he send Kanjo home — fast!
what exactly did he stand up for. he didn’t put up his own money. how much guts does it take to play with house money???
Maybe you haven’t heard but Lou won both sides of the primary, easily, when he was up for reelection last time. Yes, the Dems in the city tok the time to write him in. Hence he must be doing something right as far his constituients, who’s money you claim he is playing with, are concerned.
RUN LOU! RUN!
