Nothing like having a sword hanging over your head…
Don’t worry, they will get to work, have a flurry of proposals, etc. on reform and openness. Then the session will end and they will claim to have done thir best, voted for this or that good government measure and it failed because of the nasty [Republicans - if the Legislator is a Democrat] [Democrats - if the Legislator is a Republican]
Then most of the people will buy the BS and they will get re-elected.
