So…are they gonna sell handstamps at the door?
This defines the word idiocracy. You have to be a special type of person to wake-up with the idea of 'charging people to go to jail'. Wouldn't a more logical solution be to stop sending so many non-violent offenders to jail in the first place?
Can we put Philly to New Jersey, Please?
And if they don't pay the fee, they don't get in??
Really, jails are going broke, and people are complaining about the bail-out. The admission funds are probably covered, because the people around our new President want justice, and it isn't fair that prisoners, some of the poorest people in the country, are expected to fork over money they don't have.
Money they don't have except to buy crack, heroin and alcohol .
