Rendell has "short-timers" and we must not allow him to obligate this Commonwealth to spending that extends beyond his term.
If he was truthful, he's just thankful that the feds are going to come through with enough money to push the real crisis into the next term. What a digusting piece of work. He has no regard for the future of the Commonwealth.
