According to the blog at philly.com as of 11:42 Fumo is guilty of all 68 counts that the jury has read thus far
This juror story must be the last minute defense move to find a technicality to get Vince off.
Its amazing the defense lawyers would dig that deep to spy on the jurors, but this is a big time case and anything goes.
