Are these 'gifts' taxable as income? If so, what was the payment? if not, lobbyists can 'gift' a member tax free. This is better than paying him or her What a deal. a yacht club membership, Commodore?

They may end up declaring all the leftover Western Artifacts garbage and have to burn them in the Harrisburg Incinerator. OOOps, that was another multi-million dollar mistake of Reed &Co. that didn't work.

Every Mayor in Pennsylvania, if not the world, must be saying a silent prayer of thanksgiving for Harrisburg's Mayor:

"Thank you Lord! No matter what stupid things I've done, I've never done anything as stupid as what Harrisburg's mayor, with the help of the people who elected and enabled him, did with his Wild-West scheme. I've never even come close to doing anything that dumb! No matter what mistakes I've made, none of them make me look as if I was going through life with a frontal lobotomy. Sure, I may have wasted millions, but never on anything so utterly asinine. Please, keep my mind working better than his. It's a low bar, but, if it's the only one I have to hurdle, I can get across and look, comparatively, like some kind of a genius."
