Well, duh! Only a moron would want to support Al Franken.

Bully for Snarlin. Frankly, I don't know why. He has more in common with the vile fruitcake.

Great analogy – thanks. That vile fruitcake (VF) is one frightening Senator wannabe for sure. Can't believe he got this far. Coleman worked hard curtailing the UN. I hope he hangs in there and burns off some of the VF's potential 6 years….

I would not want an endorsement from a pariah like Arlen – poor Coleman, he just can't catch a break.

Speaks volumes about the mental aptitude of the people of Minnesota, huh? We just elect morons like Bob Casey and Arlen Specter; they elect guys who dress up in diapers.

Washington must be rolling in his grave…

Don't quit your day job, doctor.

Ah, you saw that picture. It epitomizes the quality of those running for office – very sad for America. Although he resembles the Joker from Batman, there's nothing else funny about him.

Guy doesn't even know what party he's a member of. Maybe because he's 79 and most 79 year olds are eating applesauce and crapping their pants watching Match Game reruns, not sitting in the US Senate forgetting what party he's in.

What's scary is that there are some US Senators older than he is – and they're all white Democrats.

Robert "KKK" Bryd for one. There's a race to see if anyone can beat Strum Thurmond. We really need term limits….really.

I am starting to question Specter's mental capacity too. We have all known his antics before, but his miscalculations are troubling. He has been a thorn in everyone's side since the beginning of time, but he always found a way out of his mistakes. Now he is making huge mistakes all over the place. Either the world has caught up to him or Arlen is losing it.

He has gotten very sloppy – totally unlike him. Maybe he needs to look for help from Scottish law once more.

At his age it could easily be early signs of dementia. Clearly not the same old Arlen. If the Ds don't boot him in the primary he will be vulnerable in the election. Let's hope. In the mean time, vote out all the incumbents.

I would not wish such a thing on a person, but a campaign will bring this out like nothing else.
