    Too bad Mellow's shenanigans are reported in the Philly paper. The local media outlets in his district need to put this in front of his constituents.

    A senior state senator clearly violates the state Ethics Act, claims a Senate Resolution "trumps" state law and nets an added $28,800 per year.
    So? Whatcha gonna do 'bout it???

    Oh, please. Even when it comes to corruption, Mellow is bush league. Perzel funneled hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to his wife's family through her charter school.
