THE EARLY RELEASE OF PSSA RESULTS USING 2002 AS A BENCHMARK IS NOTHING MORE THAN A PUFF PIECE FOR EDWARD G. RENDELL.
THIS IS A SPIN JOB PURE AND SIMPLE.
READING AND MATH SCORES HAVE IMPROVED BECAUSE STATES WERE FORCED BY NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND TO COMPLY WITH IMPROVING THEM.
UNFORTUNATELY PENNSYLVANIA WILL NOW HAVE KEYSTONE EXAMS AND THEY WILL DUMB DOWN EDUCATION.
I WANT STATES TO DECDIDE BUT WHEN MY UNION CONTROLLS THE LEGISLATURE AND GOVERNORS MANSION WE WILL GET ZERO EFFORT TO IMPROVE READING AND MATH.
