The political "death clock" is ticking for Corbett…hopefully he takes the establishment down with him

"'Trust me,'' Corbett said of his bonusgate probe. In a pig's eye.

    Amen.

I can't believe these politicos make these kinds of mistakes. What utter doofuses. They do not deserve to be elected dog catcher of Podunk (my apologies to Podunk) let alone be vying for positions of senators, representatives, and the governor.

The description Carpenter gives of Corbett's weak investigation and subsequent whitewash in Easton is very similar to Corbett's history with investigations of York County DA Stan Rebert and Bedford County DA Bill Higgins:

I am pretty sure the Gerlach campaign will make the conllict of interest an issue. and the Public Service Annoucenments are all over Phila. I am not sure that helps him much because the machine will be out and it does not vote Republican.

Huckleberry "Legislator" Finn to Tom "Sawyer" Corbett … "Pass the white-wash, puhlease."

Probably coming form the "stimulus." The taxpayers are the only ones suffering while the politicos use our money for themselves.

They promote themselves on our dime…..now THERE'S something you don't see every day.
