Communism is, by all definitions, government ownership and control of the means of production. The Obama Administration with its ally, the UAW and affiliates, owns and controls General Motors and Chrysler. The government owns 34% of Citibank which finances the means of production. This is communism. It does not mean gulags and oppression but it is communism and it is not taking us in the right direction. Jobs and growing the economy will not be accomplished by communist central control but by free markets for free people.
