THE STORY IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ONE GAG, BUT ANYONE INVOLVED WITH IT KNOWS THE PA JUDICIARY IS AS SORDID AS THE MAFIA. THE DIFFERNCE IS THE MAFIA IS A PRIVATE ENTERPRISE.

As Quinn says, 'government is organized crime with a flag on the wall'.

The question is whether Zapalla is the don or just one of the consigleries (sp).

The Zapallas are as corrupt as they come. HEAVY involvement in municipal bond financing, HEAVY involvement in the Luzerne County juvi-center scandal and, now, this. I'm sure there's MUCH MUCH more.

Don’t forget, Ed wants us to thank him for gambling!

Another reason to vote Republican on November 3d. Stephen Zappala Jr. is Allegheny County DA. I think that Barry Kaufman is correct. Former Supreme Court Justice was hired to influence the Supreme Court and I have to think that is the Democratic members of the Court, primarily.

All comments above are dead on. And remember: Toomey endorsed Tom Saylor for retention. We had an opportunity to start the housecleaning process, but Toomey bowed to party pressure and endorsed Saylor for retention.

The PA Supreme Court is filthy. We must systematically remove every sitting member of the Supreme Court.

Mr. Toomey remains the superior candidate. He will do far more for us than any of the others. Frankly, we're fortunate to have a person with his ability and character in the race.

Newman was the only Justice that did not participate in the consideration of the Gambling Bill. Saylor is part and parcel of the wholly owned subsidiary of Gambling, Inc.

    Toomey endorsed him.

Tthat's why we need a "None of the above" option.

    Really? I mean REALLY?

I guess they already milked the turnpike and currupt Luzerne judges cows dry.

Brewster's Millions. Funny movie. Great political concept.
