    I you read the stories on this, you realize that the commissioners have no chance to prevail. That this was an attack on the DA to keep her and her staff from being a political force to challenge the commissioners. The lawyer for the county should have known better and should be fired for advising the commissioners they could do this. Makes you wonder what other decisions the commissioners made on that lawyer's advice that are waiting to blow up in their faces?
