Will this stop the dems from getting to the polls?
Probably doesn't matter. ACORN has already arranged to cast their votes for everyone.
One must wonder how much this will depress turnout. Older and poorer people tend to use SEPTA buses more than anyone else.
If this cuts turnout in Philadelphia by 50,000, it could mean an easy Republican sweep for the judicial candidates.
Suppress turnout – not depress turnout….unless you're already conceding a defeat today!
Yes, turnout in some of the Philly districts will drop from 110% to 105%
It never ends. A colossal waste of money.
