This looks like a good deal on paper.
Armey used to be in Congress but he’s not now.
I dislike the Republican Party’s hijacking of “tea party” events.
The elected Republican officials are in the main the problem alongside the Democrat elected officials.
Most GOP’ers in office do the double talk and don’t want to cut wasteful spending.
Rendell and the GOP quibbled over 27 or 28 billion dollars when the real budget should have been balanced down around 25 billion with no tax hikes.
Sorry…..going to Chicago……….would be there if I could………
"I dislike the Republican Party's hijacking of "tea party" events."
I completely agree with you, PSEA. But some of these Tea Party Groups allow that, and seemingly embrace that. Blair County Tea Party is one of these groups.
I'll be there. Looking forward to it.
I'll be out of town too, unfortunately. Today's Patriot-News however, states it's a combination of grassroots and astroturf! They're starting to undermine this already.
A number of groups from throughout the state have signed onto to this event – from statewide groups like the Commonwealth Foundation and Constitutional Organization Of Liberty – to local 9/12 groups and county groups like UnitePA (Lancaster County).
Should be a rockin' good time!
