Jason, stop licking your finger and testing the wind. This bill stinks times ten. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
His only worry was whether he would get special dispensation to vote against it so that he might survive his next election. If he was in a 'safer' district, he'd have voted for it in a heartbeat.
