He's been living off the taxpayers for over 30 years. I wouldn't mind if he spent the rest of his life on our dime — in the slammer.
Having him behind bars is cheaper than paying his pension.
Sam Smith and Dave Argall both played Sgt. Schultz, "I know nothing, I see nothing." For these two Schultzy's not to know or see anything,can only mean one of two things. They are either the dumbest politicians in Harrisburg, or, just maybe, the slickest.
Perzel has got to have some money and power in reserve to use against Corbett.

I have no proof other than the sure knowledge that Perzel is a dirty player of the worst kind who would do anything to win.

Is he trying to give himself a “Sarah Palin image’ or get her endorsement for governor? Palin went after the GOP chairman in Alaska and got him fined 10-thousand for an ethics violation. The guy is still chairman of the GOP in Alaska and holds a grudge against her.

A couple of quick observations: Corbett deserves credit for bringing these charges. If convicted, Perzel and the others should be required to forfeit their pensions just like Fumo had to do.
And last, the Republican caucus should not pay one dime of defense costs for Perzel and the others. I hope all will contact their respective Republican Representatives and urge them to refuse any financial support..

The funny thing is that this started out over bonuses. Corbett has dug up everything else beyond bonuses.
I wonder if it would have been easier for everyone to just have admitted they received bonuses and gave them up. We would have never likely found out about everything else if it was not for Corbett going after the bonuses.
Honestly, I don't take pleasure in the Attorney General's office parading around politicians and their staff in cuffs. Looks more like trophies for Tom Corbett's run for Governor to me.
How ironic is it that the trial will occur just as the PA Gubernatorial Primary comes to a vote??? And Corbett will have tons of free media coverage.
If this was truly about justice and nothing else, then all-hands-on-deck at the Attorney General's office.
Who cares; crooks need to go to jail.
It's a dirty job and someone has to do it.
