This type of activity, especially such an abhorrent and cruel level is a know sign of mental illness and sign of future violence against humans.
These guys ned to be in jail and under psych control.

I think these men will find that even hardend criminals have a soft spot for little animals and a real distain for cowardly, sadistic acts.
