Laws about texting and driving should be done at the state level.
Platts does not need to hog in on this issue unless he is looking for touchy, feely brownie points.
And it seems like that is what he is doing.
Another good reason to send this RINO packing next year.
We already have laws about texting, and other activities while driving. Surely they fall under the definition of distracted driving and if not then wreckless endangerment.
We need to pay pols and theirs staffs to deal with this stuff?
No more reasons are needed; a candidate is.
The law is welcome, all the drivers must be responsible. I struggled to read text messages when driving. Then I downloaded an application from drivesafe.ly to send messages without using my hands. Now I do not look at my mobile phone when driving.
