Here’s an idea Joe, No New Taxes….
And here’s another idea Joe, Less Spending…..
You tax and spend politicians just don’t get it.
I guess you were a Vice-Admiral, Joe, but you’re acting like a “Rear” Admiral with all this political BS about taxing the “evil drillers.”
Sestak has a surface credibility that should wipe out Specter. It's a thin veneer that hides the fact he's so far to the left that once a few more of his justifications for more taxing and spending start to surface, Mr. Toomey should have few difficulties explaining how hurtful Mr. Sestak will be to Pennsylvania's workers and families.
Typical lefty “solution”. Pick one tax over another tax, rather can stand up and say No Tax, period. Dumb, failure-oriented strategy. Anybody want to argue?
I would argue that both Republicans and Democrats have raised our taxes. Republicans control the State Senate and Democrats the State House.
I think it is time to get rid of all incumbents. Going forward, term limits. Stop lobbyists and reform campaign finance.
Without correcting lobbying and campaign finance, we all are wasting our breath.
Quite a few have tried to change H’burg and have left office voluntarily and in disgust. Some are working very hard now, but continuing to blast everyone will do nothing but continue to discourage them. So, unless you’re willing to run and to serve, try to separate and distinguish between honorable public servants and hacks. Here’s a start for the “hack list”: DeWeese
I think most Pennsylvanians want hacks. They continue to elect their beloved leaders without much thought. Most of the state is a welfare case that rapes the productive areas of revenue.
Pennsylvania can come up with $500 million if it would slaughter a few sacred cows like some Medicare funding and cut a good chunk out of DPW.
Slaughtering sacred cows. Great image, Ryan. Counting on that happening? Not so much.
Since when is Medicare a state program?
State provides matching funds.
I swear there are more sacred cows in this state than in most parts of India.
You must be a relative of Bob Guzzardi – or Bob Guzzardi himself.
Get rid of all of them – send a message that we will no longer tolerate mismanagement of our government.
Pffft. Medicare and Medicaid are not the same thing.
