In our township the policy is blind eye until someone complains when it comes to such issues. Works just fine, except for the occasional PITA which are rare.
The fee for an appeal is $500 but any money not used for lgal ads, etc. is refunded here too.
Sounds like the coop is away from homes so what's the fuss? Must be some NYC Metro newcomer complaining.
So much for self sufficiency and the American way.
