It's sad that taking the position of ending a war that we're losing is considered to be the far, left-wing position. There was a time when conservatives stood for a sensible, realist foreign policy and not some Wilsonian, utopian nonsense like Obama's Afghanistan surge. I sort of hope that Pat Toomey isn't afraid to stand up to the neocons and fight an end to both of these undeclared wars.

Nelson actually might wrestle. Specter wrestling with breaking a pledge? What a joke that is.

Sestak’s campaign against Specter comes from the left flank.

Specter and Sestak are painting themselves into a radcial left wing corner.

Remember what they are saying and doing during this campaign.

Voters should be reminded about it next fall in the general election.

You mean, like when he endorsed Sotomayor for Supreme Court? http://www.philly.com/inquirer/opinion/52410147.h...

Or when he played politics with Israeli lives; snuggling up to Schumer instead of denouncing the Obama for cancelling the European Missile Defense Shield? http://newstalkpa.com/topic.php?id=483

    Those "right" things? Pfffffttttttt.

I believe you see the situation for what it is; orlon could not run for the hills with a ten mile head start. Too much baggage. Ask him about Ira Eihorn back in the day. He won't address it but I will force him when I hound him all election season.
