Who will pay for it? The taxpayers. Ed could broadcast about it with his buddies @Comcast, but he’ll be too busy shaking more money out of us. there’s still no budget. So what are you doing, Speaker McCall? It’s YOUR Pa House now? Everybody who wanted these Dems, be careful what you wish for.
I'm a little confused.
If the parade is made up of volunteers and people who want to be in the parade, what exactly does the city have to pay for?
The city makes more money off of the mummers parade then it costs. Somehow it managed to find money for other parades. This makes Philadelphia unique and to cancel would give us another black eye to the rest of the country.
