It's a mystery why these school costs have to be so high. By using a combination of classrooms and computerized instruction, the children could be educated better at a much lower cost. If churches would combine home schooling and classroom teaching, even using their mostly empty Sunday School classrooms, everyone would benefit. No one seems to want to actually solve the problem, even though the tools are readily at hand.
This is the Delco Daily Times at its scurrilous worst.
