I am running out of places to put the agricultural slag from our elected leaders.

Maybe they could get those wind mills going and they blow the snow out to sea?

Sure, there's a lot of snow out there, but it doesn't take a genius to realize that it snows in the winter. If you didn't prepare for it, shame on you. Don't cry about your budget now.
